RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. All eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card. Unfortunately sale items, and those marked down are final sale.
Please note the returns process below to ensure the return is processed promptly and correctly.
- Items must be returned within *14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.
- Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.
- Free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder
To lodge a return, simply login to your customer account and select the order and item you would like to return. The portal will only be open during our 14 day returns window and it will guide you through the steps and then once it’s submitted we will review it. When we approve the return request, we send you a link from auspost to print out your return label. This link expires after 48 hours.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Return packages are at the customers own cost and are taken off the amount to be used in the credit note.
For tracking and carrier accountability, multiple orders are not able to be returned in the same package.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY RETURN IS FAULTY?
We are so sorry that you have received a faulty item but we would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible!
We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from Meadowsweet Farmhouse if the product or garment;
- Has a genuine manufacturing fault
A faulty item claim must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Please email your order number, a description and photo of the fault to meadowsweetfarmhouse@gmail.com
