Setting up a Bedtime Ritual

 

Getting a good night's sleep is essential for your health and wellbeing. To help ensure you get the best night's sleep possible, here are some tips:

  1. Develop a consistent sleep routine: Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day helps your body get into a regular rhythm.
  2. Exercise regularly: Regular exercise helps to improve your overall sleep quality, but be sure to avoid exercising too close to bedtime.
  3. Establish a comfortable sleep environment: Keep your bedroom dark, cool and free of noise and distractions. Use natural bed linens and mist them with our relaxing aromatherapy based Linen Mist.

  1. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed: Both can interfere with your sleep cycle. Instead try a relaxing herbal tea.

  • Try to find moments for your self in your day that are just for you.
  • Include daily rituals of self care
  • Set boundaries around your time.  Its ok to say no and no is a complete sentence.
